The ‘Old Barn’ will be one of the most memorable stays you have had. Initially used as a bond store in the mid to late 1800s, it is believed to be the oldest building on the 140-year-old, five-hectare property. Its thick limestone walls are features of the two Queen-size bedrooms that are now situated where a lean-to once stood, which housed a forge, stable and cover for a sulky.
Harwood's Cottages also provide hospitality of yester year. Your room is equipped with a selection of tea, coffee, milk and cereal and a home-made loaf of bread with Harwood's award-winning jams. We also offer complimentary Devonshire Tea to guests who stay with us at the cottage.
Rates are for occupation of The Old Barn, which can accommodate a maximum of four people.
